Orders, delivery, returns

When we prepare your order, we will send you a tracking number by e-mail and with this number you can check the status of your shipment on the couriers' website.
If your return qualifies (according to our return policy), we'll create and provide you with a free [post courier] return label.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund back to your original payment method.
Once returned items received, we'll refund the amount for the returned goods and send you a notification via email. This can take 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return.

Product info and packaging
Our supplements undergo quality testing to meet the highest industry standards. We source components from reputable suppliers, and our every product batch is tested in an independent German laboratory. We also constantly update the formulations according to the latest scientific data and research, so that the supplements are not only of high quality, but also effective.
100 Jahre.de products are produced exclusively in strictly tested facilities. Independent laboratories in Germany regularly check the quality of our products so that you always get a high-quality, unloaded product.
We see ourselves as having a responsibility to protect and preserve the environment for future generations. For this reason, where possible, we package our products in more sustainable, easily recyclable packaging - glass and paper. By choosing our FSC-certified products, you are contributing to the preservation of forests - you are supporting an initiative to preserve and reforest forests worldwide.
Since different raw materials also have a shelf life of different length, there is no universal answer to this. However, most of our products have a shelf life between 18-36 months. On the packaging you will always find the best before date of the products when stored in a dry, light-protected and cool place.
You should store our capsules, tablets and powders in a cool, dry and protected from light, but you do not have to cool them. All the product storage information you can find on the packaging.
We have a selection of supplements that are specifically designed for vegetarians and vegans. Look for the "Vegan" or "Vegetarian" label on our product descriptions.
